  • 1.  Payroll History Conversion

    When I upgrade from 4.50 to 2022....I have over 5 years in the perpetual check history.  It will only bring the current and two prior years to the Check Tab in 2022.
    Is it possible to bring more years??? 5 or 6 maybe???

    When you look at history, is that what you find or is the retention in PR options?  I just brought a user from 2017 PR to current.  I will check to see how many years are there.  Did you look at check history reporting to see how far back you can pull into the report?

    the payroll history tab said 7 and it brought 2 historical and current...total 3
