Have a client on Sage 100 Std 2025.1 PR 2.26.2. For a small number of employees, the PR DD Stubs have passwords. Paperless is setup to make the password blank. They do not email them. The paperless button in Employee Maint. just displays a message that emailing is not setup. There are 95 employees setup as Direct Deposit, only 23 have records in PR_EmployeeDocuments and all of them have something in the password field.
Can I reinit PR_EmployeeDocuments since they are not emailing forms. Will that prevent creating new DD Stubs with a password?
Any way to remove the passwords from the existing DD Stubs?
