Today, when the user attempted to send the employee direct deposit PDF stubs out, not all stubs showed up in employee viewer. Particularly, it appears that somewhere in the middle it is cut off (ie - all the employee numbers greater than a certain value do not appear).
did not notice, but it appears that last pay period a similar thing happened, but at a later employee number – so only ~5 employees did not get their stubs. This week, ~28 employees would not get their stubs if they did not notice and sent them out.
The pay period prior, all stubs were sent. All payments have gone out, so the issue is only with generating the stubs. Any idea why not all stubs are generating and/or how the issue can be resolved?
