    I have a client with employees living and working throughout Ohio.  I am attempting to do a test conversion of their payroll to version 2.23.  I'm having trouble visualizing how to map PR3 tax records, where there may be multiple local tax codes per employee and/or per check to the tax groups of Payroll 2.23.  Has anyone done this successfully without having to re-organize the employee and check activity outside of the standard Sage conversion?
