Gotta love those clients who think outside the Sage box.
Suggestions.
Tough Love #1) Quit using a separate sequence for different types of checks on the same bank account! Is there really a business reason that makes sense?
Tough Love #2) Have them contact their local bank branch to set up a new sweep account so they can have legitimate check sequences. Funds transfer every night.
3) Have them post an entry on the Idea website to expedite the fix.
4) Tell them it can't be done and that they will have to continue calling you to fix it. This will enhance YOUR bank account. At some point, they might realize suggestion #1 makes economic sense.
5) Have them call 800-854-3415, open a case and then wait on hold for 60 minutes only to be told that a smarter person will have to call them back........After hours! Again, #1 will start making sense.
6) Contact Joe D for an enhancement.
7) If Joe D is brought into the conversation, consider increasing your fees!
