Sage 100

I am creating my first Crystal report using data from version 2.18.  What is the table I need so that I can display personal data?

Yes, you need to link, and don't forget - you can only see data when you run it from the menu, not when previewing within Crystal.

Success!  I was previewing it from outside of Sage 100.  Replacing the join to PR_Employee with PR_EmployeePIIWrk, using the PR_EmployeePIIWrk field names, and previewing the report from the Sage 100 menu is the solution.  Thank you Beth and Jenny!

BTW.  The method of developing a payroll report in 2018+ is a bit strange.  You have to develop the report knowing it isn't going to display the confidential information and knowing you are missing at least one table from the schema.  Then you have to add it to the Sage 100 menu, and then change the joins and the fields in the report and run it from the menu to test it. Sort of a mess.

Linking them should work.  When I did a custom report for PR 2.x I removed the PR_employee tables and used the PR_EmployeePPIwork table exclusively (and linked any additional tables off that).
