  • 1.  Payroll 2019.4 Choose 2019 W2, get 2018 form

    All,
    ?????? Customer has Sage 100 Payroll 2019.4?? (with Christmas Eve hotfix).
    They did Aatrix Update All, then chose 2019 W2's, enter 2019 as payroll year, ?? but they get 2018 form.

    Uninstall the Aatrix, then reinstall??

    Even thought it pulls up the 2018 Forms, I would select the W-2 Form Printing for 2018 and Aatrix should roll into an update.  After it updates, I think you might see the 2019 forms instead of the 2018 Forms.

    2019 W2/W3 was then an option.

    HOWEVER ... when selecting 2019 W2/W3 and entering 2019 as the payroll year, it STILL PRINTS 2019 data ON 2018 W2 form.

    Sage support hasn't called-back in 1.5 hours.

    I think Sage will just send you directly to Aatrix since it is an Aatrix Form.  I would go straight to Aatrix Support at 701-746-6814.  They have been absolutely fantastic for me...

    I've always just called or Text Chatted with Aatrix, and they've been wonderful. I am enrolled with them, because we do our 941, State Reporting, W-2's and 1099's through Aatrix, so they answer any questions I might have.  They ask for my Federal ID and an email, and we're off and running.

     

    Just this week I needed to add an employee to the ACA Grid directly in Aatrix, but it wouldn't change the total number of employees reported.  When I called, they said "Yep – that's a problem with the last update, which we're in the processing of fixing.  Just save the report, exit out, come back in and tell it that you want to use your existing work, and you'll be fine."

     

    I've called them many times over the years, and they've ALWAYS been able to help me

    Had this happen to me last week. It was the 940 form. I think what happened was the client started the process in 2018 and never finished it. When we went through the process with the 2018 form and told answered yes when asked if completed. When we went back into the 940 printing it printed the correct year's form. It's as though Aatrix had data that was stuck if the process is started but not finished.

    Tried update several times on the workstation.?? It appears the "Update" was getting interrupted on that workstation, works OK on their server.
