Payroll 2017. When printing PR check stubs It appears that Sage/Crystal will summarize Regular Earning lines and print them on one line. Customer pays Regular Earnings with different rates and would like to see the breakdown on the stub. For Example: Regular Earning Line1 = 10 hours x $10.00/hour and Regular Earning Line2 = 15 hours x $12.00/hour. The stub shows a total for both lines. All calcs and reports are correct, just need the breakdown on the stub. Any ideas? Maybe 2018 will do it? Thanks

Change the subreport to look at the PR7 file instead of the check work file.

That's way too easy but brilliant. Thank you Beth

2018 will do it. Since there are 9 pay rates, they had to remove the summarizing.

Update - I was wrong. 2018 also summarizes. The new check form doesn't use subreports so I am not sure how to have it list all the earnings and pay rate lines.
