Paypal...Client has invoices paid by PayPal, if you do a CM it will not give you the choice to return to PayPal (payment type, tab 4), say like a credit card. I understand the concept, because it is still a manual entry to get the funds. Has anyone been asked about this and how are you handling to prompt the refund?

My only comment - working with Paypal payments is a gigantic PIA. I'm sure they have some way of working with QB that's just smooth as silk, but for Sage it's ugh.

What if you just did a negative quantity invoice (rather than CM)? You would be able to use the Payment Type then.

Yes @NancyHanson I suggested that. That is how I got the next question. I can see the logic, if you do CM it should know how the invoice was paid (upfront) and default. maybe in the year 2030 it will be an enhancement.
