    Paying directly to Sage requires every order to be faxed. Faxing is the technological black hole of the 90s. Every fax disappears. Then we wait for days for our tier dashboard to be updated. Rant over. I am thinking some technology is in order.

    Any new 100c sales require payment directly to Sage.

    Yes. When placing any 100c orders the client has to fax their payment information to Sage (because of email security concerns).

    I have had to chase EVERY PR renewal commission ever since the change over. Getting old... Waiting for a response to another one I sent in today. I am also doing a deal with another Sage partner for an FAS referral sale tier credit. The Sage regional manager said I needn't worry. Anything that doesn't show up will be fixed next month..... Yeah, right!!!!!

    From my rep (whatever they are called these days) when I asked how long it would take to get a quote: ""TI Team, it is month end and they are west coast, remember. Patience as the team of 5 is now down to 3 and soon 2 after next week. Thanks for your patience."" ""Are you talking about the entire Sage 100 NA sales team??"" ""Only sales advisor team in Irvine that does quoting and orders should be a team of 5 after September as everything is moving to Atlanta in 2 months will be all new people on that team. Currently the team is three and will be down to two end of next week for about 6 weeks.

    omg...that's beyond the pale...don't these people want a sale? We'll limp along for a month, then 4th quarter (Sage's) and it will be an all new sales team.

    @LarryBradford - did you really use the term technology when talking about Sage? Now that's funny!
