Connectivity Errors on sagepayments.net and sageexchange.com domains RESOLVED
Customers using Paya's gateway services, including Virtual Terminal, Paya Exchange and integrated applications, experienced a high number of connectivity issues this morning between 8:00 and 10:00 am EST. This matter was resolved by our IT teams at 10:00 am and there have been no new occurrences of errors since that time.
During that two hour window, a small number of credit card transactions may have been authorized, but were not published to the Paya Exchange and Virtual Terminal. Any such items will show as pending charges on cardholders' accounts, but will not be settled or debited from the cardholders.
We suggest that all Paya customers review their transactions, especially those that occurred between 8:00 and 10:00 am EST, for accuracy prior to settling their batches this evening.
