Anyone else having troubles processing credit card transactions with Paya the last couple of days?

I have a client a that is randomly getting Unable to Communicate with Sage Exchange.
Users cannot authorize credit cards on sales orders and the sales journal update throws this error for some invoices during the update.

    TIA

Yes!  One customer with auto-post scheduled in the evening has failed with Credit Card errors two nights in a row.  Another customer had a temporary error yesterday using the old version of SE 2.0 and it worked when they retried.

PAYA website is reporting that they are having sporadic issues which they are working to resolve.

According to Sage Support, there was a problem with Paya Connect Desktop 2.0.2.81 update.

Followed these steps on all machines to correct, with the additional step of uninstalling Module SDK and depending on whether or not it uninstalled or failed, either re-installed if it did, or repaired if it did not before continuing with the steps and reinstalling Sage Exchange 2.0. This was on a 2016 system and that may have been the reason the step was missing from the KB Article. The Module SDK install is in WKSetup > PreReqs > Sage Exchange > Setup.exe.

Error: "Unable to communicate with Sage Exchange 2.0 after installing Paya update v2.0.2.81 (PCD)

Hi all - just wanted to see if any of these issues are occurring for any other clients still. I have a client on a terminal server farm. I have spent over 2 hours now following all of the steps to remove the "Sage Payment Solutions" folders from the various areas (which takes very long with 4 client servers and over 50 users) and uninstalling/reinstalling Sage Exchange multiple times, and they still are getting the "unable to communicate" with every transaction and Sales Journal posting (or so they claim). Supposedly, if the user force-closes Paya Desktop and restarts it, it works fine. Should I go to Paya Support for this, ya think?

@Amber Prayfrock, I had to wait until all users were off the Terminal Server to perform the uninstalls, deletes and reinstalls. It would not work for me when users were on the system. I have not heard complaints from this client since.

You're lucky :) I did do this twice, after hours and while in Install Mode, but still same issues.
