We recommend that customers discontinue using Internet Explorer and utilize Chrome or another browser to help resolve the issue. In many cases this provides a resolution but not in all cases. If using another browser is not an option, try to clear the browser cache using these instructions and then restart the browser: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17438/windows-internet-explorer-view-delete-browsing-history#ie=ie-11 As a result of this issue, our call volume is high and callers are experiencing longer than normal wait times.     Is it me or is Paya (SPS) giving the Sage Partner Portal/KB a run for its money re: the volume of issues? :)
