Curious if anyone had the need to export credit card information out of Paya to migrate to another system. In this case customer is moving from Sage 100 to Netsuite

where the payment gateway is Cybersource and the processor is a subsidiary of Paysafe called Creditcardprocessing.com. I heard that Paya/Nuvei does custom migrations? I have a support request in but it's been awhile without a response. Thank you!

We've been waiting on Paya for months now to provide us with the proper data for bringing into Fortis.  David L in particular has just been flat-out unresponsive.

Patti Benetiz is now at Nuvei. Perhaps reach out to her?

I thought Fortis has  a utility to migrate from Paya?  They did it for one of my customers about a year and a half ago...

I believe Nicole Ronchetti works in development at Paya so she may know as well

I reached out to Nicole and she already helped to try and track this down for us.

@Phil McIntosh, yes Fortis has a utility but we must first obtain the Paya cc's/data from Paya first.  In this situation they did eventually provide the file after several weeks of back and forth (primarily because the client wasn't technically a Paya customer, just using the vault), but Fortis then determined the data was incorrect/incomplete, and now we're waiting another several weeks.
