    Sage v2020 Adv.  Client CC processing just died simultaneously on both workstations.  Now they are getting this message?  Anyone else experiencing issues this PM?

    In case is any interest, just received a call back from Paya indicating that the Sage interface is down.  No news on what the specific issue is nor when it may be resolved.

    ALERT:
    Connectivity Errors on sageexchange.com domain

    05/18 3:00 pm EDT

    05/18 6:50 pm EDT -A small number of customers began experiencing errors trying to resolve the sageexchange.com domain beginning at approximately 3:00 pm EDT. We've deployed an update to correct this behavior and expect those customers to be able to access our domain again shortly. Impacted customers may need to clear their browser cache and cookies and re-launch their browser to ensure a fresh connection.


    UNFORTUNATELY, the 3PM alert was not posted until after 6:30.........
