    Pascal who?

This no doubt will be the big announcement at Sage Summit. No re-brand on Sage 500? Well maybe 500 is considered ERP. Well , wait - wouldn't ERP X3 be considered ERP if judging by market size? Wonder if there will be more news coming on 500?

So somebody finally figured out the ERP was a meaningless buzzword. Or maybe that millennials thought it sounded too much like work. As for 500, note: ""the name changes apply only to assets that will be used from July 27 onward, which does not include any material related to older releases of the product."" Things we should all bomb the webinar chat with: (1) Wouldn't the money spent on this have been better spent on improving the product? (2) I'll go through my website page by page when you agree to pay me for my time to do it. Or if you have been listening to Kless I'll present a proposal with three levels of lead time and thoroughness percentage. (3) Since Sage is moving to Atlanta, when can we expect the rebranding to Peachtree 100 and Peachtree 300?

The last time Sage went through rebranding they did not force old blog articles to re-brand. However anything that's permanent (static page) had to change.

No mention of the CRE products.

I propose they add a second space to ""Sage CRM"" because most partners still call it ""SageCRM"". The second space will really emphasize that break. Or ... maybe just rename it ""Salesforce Lite"".

I like the second space. I could sell that.

I wonder who gets thrown to the wolves on this conference call? Will there be Q&A?

I suspect that Sage is recognizing that most of its target market doesn't know what ERP is. Sage One and Sage Life don't mention it, and neither does FinancialForce or QuickBooks.
