    Partner Portal: For the past 1-2 weeks we have been unable to display our full list of customers and cannot access records when we have the account number. We are missing more than half the records, and there seems to be no pattern to the ones missing. Any others with similar issues?

    I am having the same issue, I have emailed them, and spoken to my rep, but it's not resolved yet.

    I have the same issue also. My rep can see all my customers but I see only 26. She suggested contacting Portal support.

    Good news: All our customers are back! Bonus: We have one extra. Bad news: Sage didn't let me in on why they were gone (and probably won't).
