  • 1.  Partner Order Notification from Sage

    Does anyone know what the attached represents? 

    We have received 3 of these this year. In all 3 cases, the customers have no idea what it is and didn't order anything. None of the 3 tried to activate Sage Contact. 

    Sage account management has been no help. Shocking, I know.

    The email comes from SageSolutionsAdministrator <SageSolutionsAdministrator@ce.sage.com>

    I have not seen or heard of this. I'm not surprised nobody at Sage can explain.

    I've received three or four of these for our clients.   I don't know what to do with them either, but I think this is from the "free" Microsoft 365 license Sage was shipping to some clients awhile back (are they still doing that?) when they purchased Sage 100c.  At least, that's what I think this is - that the free Microsoft 365 license is expiring, and if the clients are using that free license, they'll have to renew it.  (None of our clients are using it - they already had Microsoft licenses when we sold to them.)  Keep in mind, I have no idea if that's what this is - it's just totally conjecture on my part at this point in time.
