Partner Image question - is there a website with links to the demo virtual images? According to Sage, ""There is no cost for the Demonstration Images; you only pay the $350 annual subscription cost for the use of the Microsoft TechNet Plus product, which is required to activate and use the Demonstration Images."" If we are a Microsoft Partner and don't need TechNet do we still have to pay $350? If I can get the links to the virtual images we should be good to go.

Up until now, we (CS3) have been required to pay the $350. Sage explained it as not having a way to collect, manage, or exchange Microsoft partner information with Microsoft so they have to collect from everyone as if they aren't.

thanks Shawn - they just recently sent something out in January. Did you pay that, and were you sent links after paying or is there somewhere to log in and get the download links?

i will need to check with my partner on that. He handles that side of the house.

I joined this several years back and found the downloads were extremely slow and contacting Sage about the issue presented one of two replies: (a) Gee you're the first one to mention that, everyone else loves slow unreliable downloads and/or (b) Eat shit and die.

@WayneSchulz - I've had a lot of Reply B. I've spent 4 days just trying to find out where/how they store these links. Our rep said, ""I don't know any of this - as I don't manage this program."" So I emailed PartnerPrograms@Sage.com Monday morning and you'll be shocked to learn that I have had no response. I'm no salesperson, but I'm starting to understand why it's so much easier to sell NetSuite.

Not sure if this will be of any help - via Sage Sell. This doesn't seem to say where to download the actual image from - though as I recall Sage went the link around in an email.

Thanks Wayne - this is what I'm looking for: ""To download the demo image file, click the link provided."" But I don't see the image links in the pdf file. The link in step one is for the VMware player. Leanne Lowe is listed at the bottom as a contact so I'll reach out to her and hope for a response. Of course then it says at the very bottom, ""For questions specific to the download link, instructions, and application to join the program, please email the Partner Programs team at PartnerPrograms@sage.com."" Tried that:)
