  • 1.  Partial business sale of assets, including Sage license

    Does anyone know if the Sage 100 software license can be sold/transferred between businesses as part of a divestment/acquisition transaction? Does the acquiring entity need to repurchase Sage 100 as a new customer? If it matters, the customer involved has already switched to the 100c subscription license model.​​

    Payroll? 

    If not, there is no upfront fee and you might as well sell a new subscription.

    The perpetual EULA restricted license transfer to substantially all assets.

    No payroll module. They may still have a discount from the "we'll match your current maintenance" conversion incentive​.

    Yes, you can transfer a license but they have to fill out this form:
