  • 1.  Paperless Port - Access is Denied v2019

    Occasionally when trying to add the port C:\Users\Public\Sage to a workstation printer, I get this error message.  I know the NUL port is supposed to work nowadays, but I am still in the old school rut.  I am getting this message while logged on a terminal server.

    Does this mean I do not have the necessary permissions?  I am supposed to have admin equivalence.  Is it another issue?

    IT was a permissions thing.  So much for having Admin equivalency...  But unfortunately, the very specific instructions I gave him were not followed...........
