Paperless .pdf's not showing up for certain modules Running 4.20, Payroll paperless .pdf's generate fine on screen and show up in the network location and in the Paperless Viewer. However, all other modules don't. For example, the A/R Cash Receipts Journal .pdf appears on screen, but it does not show in the network location or in the Paperless Viewer. Anyone seen this before?

Issue is apparently happening on multiple workstations / Operating Systems. We plan on: - Trying separate records in J&R Maint rather than a single one for all companies/documents. - Trying a different path in Paperless setup (e.g., local c-drive) - Remoting into the server as Administrator to see if it's anything rights-related

V4.2?? Wasn't this an extended solution back then?

Ah, good point, @JeffSchwenk. That completely slipped my mind. Will dig deeper into the setup screens.

Good luck getting support out of Sage. Maybe you should take the high (and mighty) road also and break the SOL news to them. They REALLY should stay current!!!!!
