Client is on version 2014. Update 7. Running paperless office for direct deposit stubs. Individually, stubs are emailed one week and not the next. So my stub for this paycheck won't go out but everyone else's does. Next week, someone else's will not but mine will. This happens to many employees each week without any pattern that I can see. We've checked direct deposit paperless setup on several employees. Everyone is setup correctly (or so it seems). Anybody seen anything like this or have a suggestion of where to look. Also, when this happens, Paperless Office always shows one person with a "P" in the sent column.

Are you getting any error messages?  Not sure if there ever has been a resolution  My clients still encounters issues on v2017 ADV.  When they catch it, they reprint the DD advice before updating.

Try running them from the server.  I have often wondered if the Crystal generation chokes since they run them from a workstation.
