Paperless Office Sage 100 v 2016 After trying every remedy to fix one workstations issue with Paperless Hanging - I checked the Sage KB and under their ""higher security"" installs they suggested creating a new local printer port ""c:\sage\sagePDF"". That fixed it. I'm now going to start with this remedy first.

Sometimes you don't have access to the root of C:, so if that does not work try ""C:\Users\Public\Documents\SagePDF"".

Setting up a local printer port (c:\users\Public\Sage) for the Sage PDF printer has been an SOP for me since the MOTM 2013 meeting. Sage said with the new PDF converter, this was not required, but I never stopped using it. An oldie but goodie.... And help files like this is a MAJOR reason that I will be attending the MOTM 2017 conference in February.
