  • 1.  Paperless Office Sage 100 Standard v2017 PU3

    Reports will not print to Paperless Office.  Have it setup for all modules, all reports and still will not print to Paperless Office.  Turned off Antivirus and nothing changed.  Check the Registry and there are no locks on the PDF Converter.  Uninstalled and re-installed the Workstation and also the PDF Converter.  It is only from one workstation.

    Any ideas?

    Is the Paperless path a UNC... or perhaps a mapped drive that is missing for that workstation?  Can you manually create files in the Paperless folder from that workstation (using the same path as is set in the Paperless settings)?

    They are using a mapped drive that has been mapped on her workstation.  Yes she can manually create files to that folder so she has permissions to that folder.

    Forgive me for asking the obvious, but is the user changing the printer to Paperless Office, or are they expecting the same behavior as journals and registers (print button actually goes to paperless)?
