  • 1.  Paperless Office, Report Viewer

    How do I get a report to show up in Paperless Office, Main, Report Viewer? I added the AR, Aged Invoice Report in Paperless Office, Setup, Report Maintenance.  When I print the report it prints to my printer.  It doesn't create a PDF and doesn't display in the Report Viewer.

    You have to choose Paperless Office as your printer

    I never understood why for Paperless Journals and Registers, it doesn't matter what printer I select, yet for printing reports to paperless I must select the paperless printer.

    Because most folks probably wouldn't want ALL reports going to Paperless - that would fill up quickly with a bunch of crap when someone ran a report just for kicks 15 times, or ran some huge report by accident, etc, etc.

    You can set up the specific reports you only want for paperless in paperless office, setup, report maintenance.  Only the reports you set up have the "paperless office" as an available printer.  Seems they could eliminate the paperless office printer and just print the pdf like they do for everything else.
