A customer with Sage 100 v2020 recently implemented PLO with email. This is the second month they generated Customer Statements, and this time they carefully confirmed the settings they chose. Yet they have the same problem.
They definitely choose "Print/PDF or Electronically." HOWEVER it still sends to the paper printer ALL the statements in the run. (It should be sending ONLY those it doesn't email.)
Has anybody else encountered this?
