Paper is so so 00's stone age. I do agree with
@Wayne Schulz suggestion on providing the print and paperless option, this is a great opportunity to sell some consulting services and streamlining their internal retention policies. Doclink, DSD's enhancement or even a solution I have been using for 15 years are the way of the current and future processes. All require an investment of a desktop scanner (Fujitsu < $500) per using but the possibilities are endless from there. LMK if you want information on my solution. For a small one time fee, it does a LOT!
Yes, I know change is difficult, especially for accountants. But for my clients that have made the step up, they don't look back and appreciate not having the daily paper chase and extra expense of storing/retrieving the paper.

I have a lot of people who do this as well and agree that having an option to also print a copy of the PDF would be useful. Many times customers are wary about only saving a copy to their network and also want a paper copy for filing.
Maybe the print button could be modified
Print + PDF, PDF Only
I think auto preview can already be controlled in Paperless options
