Paperless Office uses the Windows Default printer for page size... it doesn't matter what the report settings say. We've seen this on auto-posting with Task Scheduler and the server's default printer being changed. Very frustrating, because it wasn't noticed for many weeks, and there is no way to reproduce those journals / registers in retrospect.
I haven't used it personally, but do hear good things about TSPrint as a way to solve printing issues for remote sessions. (I have no idea if it would work in this case).
