  • 1.  Paperless office notification of electronic paymen

    Paperless office notification of electronic payment. Within a batch some pdf notifications are not being created, and are therefore not emailed or received by vendors. Looking in PPL forms, the document appears in red - file does not exist. Can anyone think of how this can happen? It has happened multiple times over the last few months. The EFT does occur, but the vendor does not have the details to apply the payment.

    Could the person logged in at the time not have proper security rights to where the PDF documents are generated/stored?

    I like Wayne's thinking. However, if the same person did all the others that were sent, that would tend to rule that alley out. If so, what about your network connection? If person is sending 20 remittance advices and only 18 make it, maybe the network connection is being dropped momentarily. BTW, what version of MAS?

    Thanks. Yes, this happens during printing of ONE batch. Most are successful, but one or two are not. This rules out any security issues as Jeff mentioned. I would thing intermittent network drops would cause a bevy of other errors, not just this one thing. As far as I know, no other problems from any other paperless docs, or other issues occur. Any other thoughts?
