Paperless office issues. :( Customer can print from all other modules using Paperless office. When he prints from PO register we get a Error 13 Don't have correct permissions and a windows explorer window pop's up. The path for the PO registers is fine and he has permission. Changed the path to the SO path and still does the same thing. Any thoughts on what or where I should look ? V4.30

Try UNC if you haven't already for the path. Also, can you run this from another workstation without issue?

It is a UNC but didn't try to run it from another workstation... Will try that .

Do you get the same results using a different form?

Hello @JohnBroadfoot it is for the PO registers not the forms but thanks. I sent him a email to test it on another machine login as him and as someone else. Waiting to hear back. Thanks everyone for getting back to me so fast. It seem you can get information faster here than you can get from the client that has the issue. LOL

Update - it didn't run on another machine either so I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it and added some rights to the users for the UNC path.(don't usually touch that but - So tired of the IT guy not doing what I ask) and now it is fine... Happy Friday !!! Thanks All !
