  • 1.  Paperless office forms saved to Sharepoint

    Does anyone have advice on saving forms (sales order invoices) to a folder is Sharepoint instead of a local UNC path folder?

    Customer is trying to put pdf copies of SO Invoices into a cloud storage folder so that remote users don't have to log into network to gain access to pdf files.

    Sage used to have "Paperless Office 365" on the roadmap (originally for v2018), but it seems to have dropped off the roadmap shown this week.

    Correct. 
    I only mention it because Sage was previously hinting at a cloud storage feature for Paperless.  We have not had the request but are always on the lookout for new things to advise / recommend for our customers.

    I believe there is a way to map a network drive to a sharepoint folder. Then you can just enter the mapped info into Paperless. IT did it so I don't know much more. I recall it being tedious since you have to do it on every PC and enter logon credentials, etc. I'm sure Google would know how, assuming it's possible.
