  • 1.  Paperless Office for ad hoc emailing document

    Our client uses PLO for emailing statements and invoices, but they are set up to go to the corporate contact. So, when somebody at the local office wants a copy, they can't just use the Electronically Deliver Only option because it doesn't let them change the address. 

    Does anybody know if we can arrange this so that the user had an option to just type in the address they want rather than taking the ones defined in the Customer Maintenance?

    I've never found a way.  So I show users how to preview the statement, then export to Adobe | Disk then click on the email icon to attach to Outlook and email from there.

    But your request does sound like a great idea for the MOD Squad if anyone is out there listening.

    If they print to PDF they can go to the viewer and send from there with whatever address they want, I think.

    This looks like a case for the Mod Squad.  I had a customer request the same or something similar a few months ago.  It would be nice to have a drop down box with a list of predefined email addresses.,
