I have two clients unable to use paperless office on Summit Hosting servers for the last several days. Something has changed in the environment and I don't seem to have the correct tech language to get this resolved for both clients. Each client is getting the activation error code -30 with every register the client updates.

I have done all the standard troubleshooting stuff:

    1. Uninstalling\reinstalling the PDF driver.
    2. Uninstalling\reinstalling Sage workstation setup.
    3. Clear the lock file check box.
    4. Remove the PDF printer under printers and scanners.
    5. Made sure everyone had full access to the printer.
    6. Made sure the setting for the TruGrid users to see redirected printers was on.
    7. Changed the default for file type from adobe pdf to Microsoft edge then back to adobe pdf.

My old tricks no longer seem to work. I did notice that when I try to adjust the permissions to the paperless office folder on the server all the options to adjust the permissions is greyed out. Even with me signed in as administrator on the server.  I cannot apply any changes to the users permissions to the paperless folder on the network. Could this be my problem or do I need to look at something else?

*Attached the screenshot about windows security when I try to edit each users permissions to the paperless office folder.

per your # 4, Remove the PDF printer under printers and scanners.: Did you delete the printer or the print driver?  Be sure to delete the print driver, then re-install the pdf drivers using file, run, pl_advancedoptions_ui.  In printers and scanners click Print Server Properties, then click the drivers tab.  Delete the Amyuni drivers.

If this doesn't solve it try right clicking on the Sage 100 icon and then click run as administrator, then try printing.

The users need "full control" user permissions to the Share Point above the \\..\MAS90 folder.  The users need "full control" user permissions to the Paperless Folder and all sub folders listed below that location.  The users also need "full control" user permissions to the folder where the Client Workstation is installed (C:\Sage) as an example.
