  • 1.  Paperless Office error 41 after installing test 2019.01

    Customer currently live on Sage 100 Standard 2016.  Hosted server and terminal server.
    After installing 2019.01 as  a test system, in the live 2016 they are getting error 41 in Paperless Office.

    Anyone else seen this?  Fix suggestions?

    I had the same thing on Friday.  Run the PL_AdvancedOptions_ui utility and reinstall the pdf converter.

    You can also try switching the Amyuni Driver back one level on the Sage 100 PDF Converter printer - that worked for us.

    Reinstalling the 2016 Paperless worked.  Apparently Paperless in 2016 can't function with the new Amunyi 6.0 driver that comes with 2019...
