Paperless Office - emails randomly not being emailed. Dawn had this issue a while back. Here are some items I have found to be the cause. - in the so_invoicedefaults table - some ""print invoice"" records were blank instead of a Y or N. Secondly I have found that if you select the option to print invoices already printed - it does not do the invoices that have a N for print invoice on a particular invoice. So I created a report for all electronic invoice to make sure the Y was the value for all the invoices. - Johnny Pabian
