  • 1.  Paperless Office Elec. Delivery Message Maint. Script Errors

    Does anyone have info on how to troubleshoot a "Script Error" message (attached) when trying to use Paperless Office Electronic Delivery Message Maintenance to maintain (add, remove, update) a setting for an email message? I have this on 2 different Sage 100 v20.1 Standard installs.  The path in the error refers to a file tinymce.htm which is present, not sure what to do to make it happy.  Any input appreciated.

    Hi Kevin, Do you know what IE version does work with it by chance?  I just installed IE 11 and it did not resolve the script error unfortunately.

    I have no idea, sorry.  I've just seen that before and knew there was a KB article with some kind of reference so I posted it.

    Perhaps try looking at Internet Options.  It could be the system is set up as high security, and something is failing because the local files are treated as dangerous?
