When the usual fix doesn't work, try to uninstall the driver, then add it back using the Sage commands.

Delete the Sage 100 PDF Converter, then…

If you get an error about the driver being in use, restart the Windows Print Spooler to unlock it.

After the driver removal, use PL_AdvancedOptions_UI to add it back, then test.

I just learned that the end user's IT company installed an antivirus last week ... now this is making sense why this new Amunyi driver won't install ... currently working on getting them to turn it off so I can prove/disprove that the AV is running interference.

I meant to update this thread sooner.  It turned out that there was a BAD PL_CommonUtility.pvc program; Sage provided the updated program and that resolved the problem.  I'm attaching it here.
