    Paperless Office: Does anybody remember the steps for verifying what printers the Terminal Server is seeing from MAS (to verify if more than one Sage PDF Converter) exists? The steps involve dropping to PVX prompt and issueing a command which displays all defined printers which MAS sees. I think I got it originally from Alnoor.

    If there are more than one Sage PDF Converters shown in the above-- (a) what is the risk and (b) How do you get rid of the extra?

    look at the users they are coming from - it shows their workstation i believe. Have them logoff and either delete the local sage pdf printer or before connecting tell rdp to not share printers.
