Okay, I have a customer who just upgraded to 2014. They are using batch entry but when he has more than one journal entry in a batch, he gets one PDF for the batch with all entries and then a second PDF with only one entry (so far, he has only done batches with two entries). He thinks it is dropping an entry.
Is batch entry supposed to alleviate the multiple PDF's and if so, why is he getting multiple PDF's but not for each entry???
