could the Page size set wrong on whatever printer is showing in the lower left corner when printing?

try switching that to a different printer before sending to paperless office maybe?

@David Overholt - I had high hopes, but alas... client said they tried that first, switching to multiple different printers, and it stayed the same deformed export each time

What about the Windows Default Printer?

Have you checked the Page Setup settings in the form in Crystal? I've seen other instances where forms are fine on all machines but one and changing the Page Setup in Crystal to 'no printer' and selecting the Dissociate Formatting Page Size option resolves the issue.

Bad print drivers can do weird things... and it might be the actual printer?  Do other things print correctly from that workstation?

Perhaps try unistalling / reinstalling the Crystal Runtime programs (Control Panel...).
