Is there a document that details the Sage Paperless Journal/Register, Naming Convention?  I thought there was one, but I can't find it...

Have never seen a document, but I can tell you what the segments are, if you'd like.

Sure!  For Customer, Vendor, and Employee document name segments:
    1. Division/Dept
    2. Customer, Vendor, or Employee Number
    3."underscore"
    4.module code where processed
    5."underscore"
    6.journal number
    7."underscore"
    8.transaction date
    9."underscore"
    10.sequence number (first is 000)

For transaction register/journal document name segments:
    1. Company Code
    2."underscore"
    3.module code
    4."underscore"
    5.name of register or journal
6."underscore" - IF batching is enabled
7.batch number or "Multiple" if more than one batch - IF batching is enabled
    8."underscore"
9.journal number (including module & number)
    10.sequence number (first is 000)

The most important thing to remember is that forms / reports don't have company code, so be sure to create company specific folders for those.  Storing journals / registers all in one folder is technically fine.
