  • 1.  Paperless Link Utility Error

    As soon as I choose "Paperless Office Journals and registers" for Link Type, in the Paperless Link Utility, the following error appears:
    Record "I/T" is missing from MAS_System\SY_Module.M4t
    Error 11 SY_LINKMAINTENANCE_UTL.PVC

    I have read KB 61776.  I don;t see a I/T record in either MAS_SYSTEM/SY_MemoManager.M4T or MAS_SYSTEM/SY_Module.

    Did you see these two points in the KB?
    If the error only occurs when selecting the "Paperless Office Journals and Registers" option, then since it is building the module list by reading SY_Task for all records where the AvailableForPaperlessOffice field is equal to 1, then that is likely where it is getting the I/T record from as my 7.10 system had two records for the I/T module but I also have an I/T record in SY_Module. 

    Did anyone uninstall any modules from this installation? 

    Can you reinstall the I/T module just to make it happy and avoid other errors?  I suppose you could instead just delete any I/T records in SY_Task where the AvailableForPaperlessOffice field is equal to 1 if you are sure the end users won't be using the module.

    Thanks @David Speck II  I am going to check SY_Task.  They don't have I/T records in either SY_MemoManager or SY_Module.  I worked around it using SQL query however I don't like leaving lose ends even if it isn't being used.
