    Paperless issue - paperless office journals are printing blank from one computer. Invoice PDF's only have the logo, no text or data. The network people were in the screen resolution, advanced, color management area to solve a problem where jpegs would not print on this pc - does anyone have any experience with this ? Thanks

    Probably the font - do others print to the same printer?

    I would also check to make sure OBBC security was not turned on.

    font did not change and works from another computer. same with ODBC - same user on another computer works fine. It has to do with the color management for sure, as this is exactly what changed to solve one windows problem, and right after that, paperless prints blank on this computer. Not critical, as it is only one computer, but..... - thanks for the ideas so far.

    Jeff, I had a logo hanging off the side of the crystal form before. Look for setting like that.
