Sage 100

Paperless here, too. Win 8 machine. Error -20, pdf document not created successfully. Printer setup to correct port (c:\users\public\sage and just Sage), security correct. DLL's in SYsWOw64 folder, but can't manually register. Googled error and it says to run as Admin (user is Admin on machine), but can't figure out a way to run regsvr32 from the Syswow64 folder as Admin. Help?

Turning off locking caused a ""Printer Not Activated, Error Code -20"" error. That error led to this resolution http://infosource.sagesoftware... which toward the end says to verify permissions in the Registry on the HKey_Current_Config_Software key. Added full control (Allow) for Everyone/Administrators/Users and Paperless now seems to be working. This was a new place for me to have to deal with permissions.
