Client running v2017 ADV received a new WIN 10 workstation yesterday.
Received a call today stating when they try to retrieve a paperless form via invoice history inquiry (icon in lower left corner), the retrieval takes several minutes. It is much faster when logged on the workstation as the system administrator.
Reinstalled the sage client, but the retrieval is still slow. This is not a paperless form generation issue but a retrieval one. Retrieval speed was fine with old workstation. Network permissions for user were unaffected for upgrade. Paperless path is UNC based.
Random thoughts are appreciated.
