  • 1.  Paperless form format

    Client on 2018 having issues with a customized form.  When printing to paperless, it is form feeding a blank page, but if you print to a PDF printer, it comes out fine.  Besides screwing around with the form in Crystal (and probably still having situations where this will happen), what else can I look at?

    Maybe uninstall/reinstall the Sage pdf converter. File / Run / pl_advancedoptions_ui. Also make sure no other versions of the converter exist after you uninstall.

    If the Sage PDF Writer re-install doesn’t work, it might be an issue with other printers on the server and workstation. I’ve had issues in the past where Paperless Office misbehaves if there is no physical printer installed on the workstation or if no default printer is selected. I’ve also resolved Paperless Office issues by adding a physical printer to the Sage host server. Most of the time, though, re-installing the PDF Writer does the trick.
