    • "Unable to print REPORTNAME. Settings to access printer 'sage 100 pdf converter' are not valid"
    • "Unable to print REPORTNMAE. The operation completed successfully."
    • "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
    • "The Data Area Passed to a System Call Is Too Small"
    • "Error: Unable to print <report name>.rpt. The handle is invalid"
    • "Error: Unable to change printer. Invalid printer specified"

    Customer on 2018 was receiving almost all of the above errors when trying to email or print/pdf a statement in AR using paperless office

    The tentative resolution was to manually pull out the Amyuni driver then reinstall using these directions

    The error messages I was receiving did not match those in the resolution but manually removing and reinstalling the Amyuni seems to have resolved the issue at least for now.

    This is just an FYI because I feel like someone else may stumble across this same thing - namely the list of error messages I was seeing.
