    Is there any log and/or report to report all the invoices or documents that were emailed?? I could go to the sent folder of the email, but not sure if there is any way through sage 100...

    From the customer viewer, there's a column for "Sent" that will say "Y" "N" or I've seen "P" for Paper, I think.  Otherwise, I just add myself as a CC on each customer and reco to customers that they do that too.
