  • 1.  Paperless e-mail recipients receive the same Subject text, such as Customer Name or Invoice Number merge field

    Has anyone also reported this issue to Sage? It looks like it was entered the KB in December with a note that it will be resolved in the next product update. I don't know when the next PU is scheduled ( so much for Sage updating their release schedule online ) but if it is going to be released March 18 with 2020 that's a long time for a customer with this issue to wait. 

    Remind me again what the subscription pays for other than development on Sage Business Cloud ..

    This has been an issue for years, with a KB recommendation to not use merge fields (substituting generic text).  Gee, thanks Sage.

    Don't use the "keep window open after" checkboxes when printing, and that might help.

    This seems to have only just started for a customer of mine. They've been emailing statements pretty regularly and for some reason are now getting reports from customers of wrong email headers. Perhaps customers didn't notice before and/or they've recently started sending them some way other than as a full batch.

    I had the same issue with a customer who had the "Keep window open after printing" selected. Deselect it and it appears to work fine.
